Malta*Gran®, agglomerated
maltodextrin, is a low bulk density form of easily metabolized complex carbohydrate in 10 and 18 DE forms.
Our Rice and Tapioca ingredients are natural,
sulfite-free, hypoallergenic and offer excellent label perception. These products are used in a wide range of foods from soups and dressings to beverages (Smoothies
and Horchatas), ice cream and prepared foods.
Rice*Trin® rice maltodextrins and rice syrup solids are key ingredients in high quality products such as
infant formula, sports and other beverages and bakery fillings. Rice*Trin® is available in DE 3, 16 and 35.
Rice*Complete® retains the natural
protein of the original rice flour. Used as an edible adhesive, for holding moisture in baked goods, or for providing viscosity to dressings, Rice*Complete® is a
versatile ingredient for today's products.
Tapi(TM) tapioca maltodextrins and syrup solids are available in 3, 16 and 35 DE. These products can be used to
thicken, modify texture or even act as a carrier. The lower DE products have a bland flavor while the higher DE product will impart sweetness.
